THE COMPANY

CSF Group (CSF) is a privately held family company owned by Richard and Georgie Croft and their two sons, established primarily to support Suffolk-based businesses.

Richard was approached to start a Venture Capital business that acted as an incubator for business start-ups in Suffolk. “Shout About Suffolk” was set up in early 2019 and is now wholly owned by CSF Group Ltd and has been rebranded CSF Ventures Ltd.

In Summer 2020, Richard and Georgie both became more involved in the day to day running of the business which has been created to nurture and facilitate the next generation of young local business start-ups. This is achieved by providing the support facilities, expert mentoring, networking opportunities, or financial investment to give any young businesses self-sufficiency and a road map to future success.

These businesses are either directly owned by the company or through meaningful but minority stakes held through CSF Ventures.

CSF Group holds a number of investments unrelated to day-to-day activities. They are mostly real estate related and held through partnerships with third parties but also include investments in the RedCat Pub Company Ltd & Pi Labs.

These investments fund the company’s investments in the Suffolk businesses and support team.
